Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms — including rollover multiples, eligible games, and expiry periods — are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to abuse bonus offers is grounds for account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your je778 login credentials. je778 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. Dispute Resolution

- Accurate Information:All information provided during registration and throughout your use of je778 must be accurate, current, and complete. You are required to notify je778 of any change to your registered mobile number or personal details promptly. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
je778 account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as your primary account identifier. A one-time password (OTP) sent to that number is required to verify your mobile at registration. You must then set a private password known only to you. Your registered mobile number and password together constitute your je778 login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your je778 account. je778 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact je778 support immediately via live chat at je778.org.
- Provide only one valid Bangladeshi mobile number per account registration. Using a number that does not belong to you is prohibited.
- Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other platform. je778 recommends a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Never share your je778 password with anyone, including je778 support staff. je778 staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
- Log out of your je778 account after each session on shared or public devices. je778 accepts no liability for account activity following failure to log out on shared devices.
- Report suspected unauthorised account access to je778 support immediately. je778 will freeze the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible security report from the registered account holder.
Deposits and Withdrawals
je778 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). je778 does not charge fees on deposits. Payment providers may apply their own fees subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are outside je778's control.
All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid national identity document. je778 will process KYC documents within 48 hours of submission during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Minimum Deposit:৳200 per transaction via any supported payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit set by je778, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- Minimum Withdrawal:৳500 per withdrawal request. Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day subject to je778's daily review capacity. je778 reserves the right to batch withdrawal requests during periods of high volume.
- Processing Times:bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within 4 hours of approval during banking hours. je778 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Source of Funds:je778 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits where je778 considers it necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
Bonuses and Promotions
je778 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonuses are credited to your je778 account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games within the validity period.
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per payment method. If je778 determines that multiple accounts have been used to claim the same bonus, all duplicate accounts will be closed and all bonus funds will be voided.
- je778 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the wagering requirement and other conditions stated at the time of crediting remain fixed.
- Free spins are valid for a specified period stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
- je778 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error. If a player has already wagered erroneously credited bonus funds, je778 will calculate a fair reclamation amount based on the actual bonus funds wagered, not the player's total balance.
- Bonuses are designed for entertainment purposes. Players who solely deposit to withdraw after meeting minimum wagering, without genuine recreational engagement, may have future bonus eligibility reviewed at je778's discretion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting markets, casino games, crash games, live casino tables, and any other wagering product offered on the je778 platform. Game-specific rules provided within individual games supplement but do not override these general rules.
- Bet Acceptance:All bets are subject to acceptance by je778. je778 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where the result is already known, bets placed using system errors or incorrectly priced markets, and bets that je778 reasonably suspects have been placed in breach of these Terms.
- Void Bets:A bet is void where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement window; where the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or where je778 determines the bet was placed using exploited pricing errors. Void bets are returned to the player's real money balance at the original stake.
- Winnings:Winnings from settled bets are credited to your je778 real money balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings from bonus bets are credited to your bonus balance and remain subject to applicable wagering requirements. je778 reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation where fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.
- Technical Failures:In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or bet settlement, je778 will use game provider server logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a correct outcome cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. je778 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures on the player's side.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the je778 platform. je778 actively monitors for prohibited conduct and will take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban — upon detecting or reasonably suspecting any of the following.
- Registering more than one je778 account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting any promotional offer.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or circumvent platform security measures.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment details to fund a je778 account. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit game mechanics in a way that is not part of normal, individual recreational play.

Account Suspension and Termination
je778 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where je778 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, is engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the je778 platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraudulent conduct, account suspension may take effect immediately and without prior notice.
Where an account is suspended for investigation rather than confirmed misconduct, je778 will complete its review within 14 calendar days and notify the player of the outcome. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed without delay. Players who wish to voluntarily close their je778 account may request closure via live chat support at any time.
Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms
je778 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the je778 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current version of these Terms is always available at je778.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Older versions of the Terms are not applicable after their replacement date.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a player and je778 that cannot be resolved through je778's internal dispute resolution process must be submitted to je778 customer support in writing (via live chat or email to [email protected]) within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. je778 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). je778's determination on disputes relating to game outcomes confirmed by game provider server logs is final and binding.
